An Act to Amend the Laws Concerning Smoking in Public Buildings (1989)
Would have changed existing law which prohibits smoking in any public area in publicly-owned buildings guaranteeing a smoke-free environment. The bill would have permitted smoking in designated smoking area in all publicly-owned buildings.
